We are Ruta and Gediminas, a couple of passionate travelers from Vilnius, Lithuania. Our travel blog was born during the lockdown of COVID-19, while browsing through the pictures and videos of our travels and planning new trips whenever that becomes possible.
We love traveling! However, we are not digital nomads (yet). We have jobs, go to the office, live our ordinary lives in one place, but we always have a packed bag in the corner and a plane ticket for the next get away.
So, with the limited time for traveling that we have, we want to make the best of it. Be it a three-day weekend or a three-week vacation, we try to find the right balance between planning everything in advance and the possibility of being spontaneous.
Sometimes the top rated and most recommended places may not necessarily be our favorites. Plenty of super cool places and sites might be left out from popular itineraries. We will try to give you some tips and share our experience to make your planning easier and to discover something new off the beaten track.
We hope this blog will be useful for people like us, with similar sense of balance, who search for information before going to places but don’t blindly trust every review, like to plan but also enjoy the freedom and adventure on the road.
